It is recommended to inform us in advance of any medical condition, allergy, or previous medical record to ensure the selection of suitable products for each client and provide the most appropriate service.

We advise washing the hair before any hair-related service, and taking care of the nails by performing a pedicure and manicure before applying gel or acrylic to ensure optimal results.

Please bring your own pedicure tools or purchase a set from the salon. Note that bringing food into the salon is not allowed in order to maintain a clean working environment.

To ensure the privacy of the space and the accuracy of the service, we kindly request removing the niqab inside the salon, which is a fully female environment.

We politely apologize, but children are not allowed in the work area in order to maintain a calm environment and the comfort of all clients.

The salon is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings, so it is recommended to keep valuable items with you at all times.

Payment can be made in cash, via Mada, or bank transfer. No service can be confirmed or provided without proof of payment.

If you have any feedback regarding the service, we are happy to receive it within 24 hours so it can be addressed appropriately, with our constant commitment to client satisfaction and high-quality service.

For extension services, the hair condition is first evaluated to ensure suitability, and extensions are not applied to very weak or damaged hair. Maintenance is usually required every six to eight weeks depending on the hair type.

The salon is not responsible for any damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions, use of inappropriate products, or attempting to remove extensions at home. Clients are requested to come with clean hair or add a washing service upon arrival.

Regarding coloring and bleaching services, please inform us in advance if there is any previous dye, henna, or home bleaching, as results depend on the current condition of the hair and may require more than one session to achieve the desired color.

It is recommended to arrive on time for the appointment to ensure the full service is provided. Please note that being more than ten minutes late may affect the service time or require rescheduling depending on availability.

Appointments can be adjusted if notified in advance. Large services such as coloring, bleaching, extensions, and bridal packages require prior confirmation and may require a deposit to secure the appointment.
